The P. Michael Boone Foundation is a non-profit with the mission to enhance the life of youth ages 13-24 with mentoring, coaching, introduction to skilled trained careers like barbering and indoor and outdoor activities. The PMB Foundation caring and experienced staff supports and guides the youth with personalized performance and career development along with youth empowerment and relationship violence prevention programs that are advancing racial equity .The program offers an introduction and hands on training to prepare the youth for actual work in their chosen field. The program has an outline however it takes a shape of its own as we adjust to meet and exceed the youth expectation.

About Us
P. Michael Boone Foundation is a 501 (c) non profit organization that was established in 2016. Serving the community started way before the formation of the non-profit. Founder P. Michael Boone raised in North Philadelphia a marginalized community,Barber by trade gave advice to the youth in the community from his barber chair for over three decades. It’s his passion and purpose to make a difference in the lives of our next generation and also with programs like positive youth development programs that empower the youth to reach their full potential as leaders who demonstrate and promote equity and inclusion within their learning environments and communities.
The PMB Foundation Movement attempts to reduce and deter crime by giving all youth including at-risk youths a customized program that’s designed to change their life for the better. The PMB Foundation Movement promotes equality by equipping the members with more tools that are designed to allow our youth to actively participate in anti-racism, anti-bias, and equity-focused practice to increase their understanding and competency in advancing racial equity as well as the more conventional youth development cognitive, along with their education. In hopes to prevent the opportunities and exposure to crime.
